International Customs & Taxes
International purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Lucky Little Elephant is not responsible for the collection or payment of these additional charges. All charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Lucky Little Elephant , you are considered the "importer" of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require Lucky Little Elephant to state the value of the gift directly on the package.

Order Status
Lucky Little Elephant will always keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive two emails regarding your order status:

- The first email will be sent upon the initial submission of your order to confirm that it has been received by Lucky Little Elephant

- The second email will be sent once your order has been shipped

Domestic (Australia) Shipping
Lucky Little Elephant uses AustPost for all domestic deliveries.

There are two options available: Standard Post and Express Post, you can select which delivery option you require during the checkout process.

- Standard Post: 2-5 business days
- Express Post: Next business day, to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network

International Shipping
Lucky Little Elephant ships worldwide, using AustPost Air Mail service.

- The estimated time of arrival is between 10 and 14 business days, however due to 3rd-party logistics Lucky Little Elephant cannot guarantee this shipping time.

NOTE: Although AustPost is an efficient service, mishaps do occasionally happen. Lucky Little Elephant does not take responsibility for the loss, damage or delay of items once they have left our office. Lucky Little Elephant must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're tickled pink with your purchase from Lucky Little Elephant . However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of shipping date for a full refund (less delivery) or for an exchange.

Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

All returned items must be UNWORN and in PERFECT condition including original packaging.

How to choose the correct bootie size:
1. Measure the length of baby’s foot from heel back to the longest toe (measure both feet).

2. Select the appropriate size from the table below:

If toe extends over "maximum foot length", select the next size up; this ensures adequate movement room for growing feet, and ample wear time.

Soft-soled shoes encourage healthy development of growing feet.

Pediatrician worldwide agree that although barefoot is best for babies and toddlers under two, it is not always practical, so the next best thing is flexible, soft-soled shoes.

All Lucky Little Elephant booties are soft-soled and flexible, encouraging babies to fully use the natural movement of their feet. Our booties are made from breathable fabrics and have flat, skid-resistant soles to help prevent falls, but are flexible enough that they bend as baby learns to step out on their own.
